Rhodewood Lodge is a massive three-storey luxury lodge in Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. This six-bedroom stunner sits less than a mile from the town centre and just five minutes' walk from the beach. Perfect for big groups wanting to experience the Welsh coast without sacrificing comfort. This accommodation is huge - sleeps 11 people with enough space that you won't be tripping over each other.

The grounds are spacious with tiered patios and lawns giving you plenty of outdoor living space. The hot tub with massage jets is where you'll end up after exploring - nothing beats bubbling away with a favourite drink. Who needs a spa break when you've got your own private jacuzzi? The location puts you right by Saundersfoot's shops, restaurants and golden sands without being in the noisy centre.

The accommodation is spread across three floors with six king-size bedrooms. Three first-floor bedrooms (one with en-suite claw-foot bath) and three second-floor bedrooms including one with a freestanding bath, one with a balcony and both with en-suites. There's an open-plan living area, separate sitting room with woodburner, first-floor garden room and a utility/drying room. Seven Smart TVs with Netflix means no fighting over the remote!

Saundersfoot offers excellent coastal walks, water sports and fishing trips. Tenby (3 miles, 10-minute drive) has colourful houses and historic walls. The house is beautiful but still has a comfortable feeling. The facilities are excellent, with everything you need for a stay with a large group. The basic things that are often forgotten when self catering were provided and the host confirmed what would be available in advance. There was also some beach toys to use and a lovely welcome bag. There was plenty of space for people to be together in large or smaller groups. The touches of luxury were really appreciated the baths with sea views, the hot tub, the hammock were our favourites. The only downside for us was the number of steps and the steep hills to town and beaches for older family members.

Absolutely stunning Lodge in beautiful setting. High specification furnishings and kitted out in everything you could possibly need and more. Lots of thought has gone into creating this luxurious Lodge, whilst maintaining a warm, homely feel. The best place I have stayed in and other members of our family said the same, independently. Rhodewood lodge exceeded all our expectations. An amazing place to stay with everything you could possibly need . Lovely extra touches which made it all so easy didn't have to bringbuy small items ie tea coffee,foil ,salt, pepper ,cling film ,kitchen roll, t towels etc. We all had an amazing holiday , lovely beaches within walking distance shops and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away. We had fun times in the hot tub playing board games available in the house bbq 's and relaxing in comfort in this beautiful house.

Rhodewood Lodge is a beautiful property! Finished to a high standard and spacious enough for a large group of people. The location is great for walking and visiting nearby areas such as Tenby. Theres a great bus service and very reasonably priced taxis. Its situated at the top of a steep hill so those of our group who didnt wish to walk back up the hill from the village could easily get transport. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants in Saundersfoot to choose from. The whole group voted this to be high on our list of good holiday destinations with Rhodewood Lodge being the top of that list for venue. We would all recommend it.

A beautiful house, spacious and roomy, perfect for our stay extended family consisting of 8 adults 3 couples, 2 singles and 2 children aged 4 and 1. It is quite a walk down to the town, but I loved doing it every morning to get the newspapers for the 80 year old in our group. She was not used to stairs as she lives in a bungalow, so found negotiating her way around the house quite tricky with all the stairs, but she still loved it and had a great time. The upstairs lounge area was a great place to hang out and play games in the evening after the kids were in bed! I suppose if I were to be ultra, ultra picky, Id say that more sofas in one space would have been good, so that we could all sit together, but we mostly managed by sitting at the downstairs downing table in the big open plan space. We didnt use the separate drawing room downstairs at all. All in all, we had the best week of birthday celebrations with the family and Id happily return and stay at this property again.

Tastefully furnished, roomy and well equipped, we appreciated the hot tub, convivial meals around the characterful table, and frequent walks in Saundersfoot and especially on the beach. Two of our party were elderly, so the house and surroundings were more challenging for them though they appreciated the walkin showers. But that issue was on us, as the listing was clear and accurate.

An absolutely beautiful location views and a stunning home. It has everything you could possibly need for a home from home holiday. I stayed with a group of schoolmum friends for a weekend reconnecting after a long time without having seen each other. We had a wonderful time, the house is absolutely beautiful, spacious and homely, but also luxurious with the beautiful rooms and high quality finishes. I would have no hesitation in returning to Rhodewood lodge or in recommending it to anyone for future stays. I love Saundersfoot in the winter when it is quieter, but this home has so much to offer, it would be a perfect stay all year round.

Spacious, very comfortable home with high quality fixtures & fittings. It's full of character, with a large kitchen & a couple of lounges & dining areas. Also has a large garden & patio area with plenty of chairs & beds. Superb location just 10 minutes walk to Saundersfoot village and beach, & on the Pembroke coastal path. Saundersfoot itself is very vibrant & something of a foodie paradise. It has a large, sandy, safe beach.

Rhodewood Lodge was perfectly situated for Saundersfoot. If anything it is even better than the pictures. We were there with children and there are plenty of games and a lovely welcome pack. The kitchen is very well equipped and the utility room is ideal for all the sandy items. As the granny in the party I had the room which is slightly separated from the others. It was supposed to be my retreat from the chaos but the kids found me!! I can thoroughly recommend it

Rhodewood Lodge is a spacious, delightfully restored and very comfortable holiday home for a large family group. There are great views from some of the upstairs rooms. The owners have thought about virtually everything that any guest might need and provided it. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house set in lovely Saundersfoot with its delightful beaches.
