1 Gloucester Way is in a quiet and peaceful location. The garden is secure which was ideal for our dog. The hot tub is most welcoming after a day out exploring and felt very private. We didn't find walks from the doorstep that we could let the dog off lead for a run but a short drive away there are some lovely beaches.

Had a fabulous stay at this Bungerlow. Could not fault any of it the Owner was friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. If any one is looking for a quiet place to stay this is for you. And Tenby Sanderfoot beaches just down the road. We had 2 dogs with us fab inclosed garden. Plus lovely Hot tub just excellent

One of the best properties we have stayed in. Really peaceful location with private dog safe garden. The bungalow is clean with quality furniture and fittings throughout. Perfect for a relaxing break. Will be booking again in the future.

What a wonderful find! A beautiful and clean property inside and out with every amenitygadget you need for your stay. Super comfy beds and sofas, and two well appointed shower rooms with rainfall showers. The owner Marina is extremely friendly and approachable and responded to the slight problem with the gorgeous hot tub due to an electricity outage from the grid and rectified it immediately! Such a delightful, quiet and private garden to sit outside. Thank you for the lovely extras, tea, coffee, milk and cakes to name but a few and was much appreciated. Excellent location, close enough to walk to the shops 10 mins with ease. We only needed the car for short trips to the beach, of which, Freshwater East 8 miles away, was our favourite! This is definitely the best Sykes rental we have stayed in and would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends, and will be sure to return ourselves!

We felt disappointed with our stay here. The property owner did nothing to baby proof the place, leaving plants, papers, games with pieces out, which we had to move out of there way. She left us one towel and hair towel, no towels for our toddlers, or spare towels for the hottub. She is now trying to claim we caused damage to her shower door, which has been caused by long term usage, and nothing we did during stay. I wouldn't recommend this place, it felt dark and gloomy and the location it's residential, it didn't feel like a holiday location at all. The hot tub was nice, and the kitchen is fairly new but small.

Gorgeous bungalow! We really enjoyed our stay here! We cant wait to return! Its in such a great area with plenty around. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners and when we arrived we were greeted with a treat, some lovely Welsh cakes and a cake. The bungalow is very well thought out! The only thing I would change is the doors, they can slam shut but thats just because I have a two year old who hasn't fully learnt how to be gentle, but like Ive already said its an absolutely gorgeous bungalow and we will definitely be returning. Dont miss out on a great stay! Thank you again!

Fabulous position to explore north south east west, situated in a very quiet culdesac. All the comforts of home, and some lovely treasures left for you when you arrive ie cakes,milk,tea coffee etc,would definitely revisit.

No1 Gloucester Way really was a lovely place to stay. It's so relaxing. Even though you're mere minutes away from the town you could be miles from anywhere. The garden is an oasis of tranquility and is not overlooked at all. The hot tub is added bonus at end of a busy day. The 3 bedrooms are lovely although the second double is a little restricted for room at the foot of the bed. The bunk bed room is ideal for the kids and master double comfy with views out to the garden and hot tub. The lounge diner and kitchen area is well thoughtout and very useable. The TV is on a swivel wall bracket so can be moved depending where you are in the space. The main bathroom is great with a large walk in shower, WC, basin and large ladder towel rail to dry your towels. There's even a games room with Pool table, which changes to a table tennis table or hockey puck table. There's even a dartboard. Just off the games room is a separate WC, basin and shower. The front porch is ideal to store your coats and mucky shoes . The heating is great so on the coldest of days the place is so warm and cosy. Pembrokeshire is a lovely place to visit with it's perfect mix of beaches, history and tourist sites to visit and 1 Gloucester Way is a brilliant place to call home while you're there. We would love to return some day and would recommend you try Number 1. Thanks Marina for the little extras and was so nice to be able to make a tea or coffee on arrival the cake was delicious too.

The bungalow was absolutely beautiful. The area was really quiet and peaceful but also close enough to local area which has everything you need, also only a short drive from popular areas. The bungalow was very well presented and well equipped for a more than comfortable and pleasant stay. Very well decorated and very functional. Would absolutely recommend it.

Had such a lovely holiday here. The bungalow was perfect, very clean, great location to get to lots of different places for family days out. Hot tub and garden are very relaxing and very quiet. Not overlooked by any neighbours. Owner made sure we had everything we needed, even gin and tonic which was greatly appreciated! We enjoyed dinner at the Ferry Inn several nights which was dog friendly and just a few minutes drive from the bungalow so recommend that. A perfect holiday.

Lovely fresh flowers in lounge on arrival and tea coffee Welsh cakes and gin. Nice touch. Dont think it says on description but there are 2shower rooms and toillets. Both very roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully stay again next year. Lots of places to eat. Broadhaven beach is amazing and has easy access for disabled. Fantastic property everything catered for , excellent facilities, comfortable bed & sofa, lovely garden with plenty of furniture hot tub was great after along day walking , great location for shops & local pubs , Welshmans Arms do steak night on a Tuesday which was very nice booking advisable , Y Cerrig Glas also do nice food , Shipwright Inn also nice although did not eat there, host very approachable had slight problem with TV but was sorted swiftly. You will find appliance manuals under cutlery draw

The property is lovely, garden and hot tub great. We had a lovely stay. Beds very comfortable, all furnishings are lovely. Just a couple of niggles really. Not having any instructions how things worked. We ended up buying a kettle as we couldnt seem to get the water hot enough. Great having the pool table but it does need to move up the garage a little bit as the cue kept touching the garage door, trying to play a shot. We would stay again. Lovely places to visit, one of them being Tenby with south beach being Dog friendly, or dog had a great time.

We have stayed here on a few occasions, as our family live nearby, and each time we have been impressed with, and fully enjoyed, the facilities available at Gloucester Way. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas are ideal for entertaining and the decked garden space and hot tub are perfect when the weather is in your favour. It's proximity to all South Pembrokeshire visitor attractions and it's closeness to local supermarkets, pubs and restaurants makes it an exceptional base for holidaymakers and shortterm visitors. Highly Recommended.

Comfortable and very spacious for all five of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games room. Very well situated to the supermarkets and take aways . In all the properties we have stayed in through Sykes there has always been a folder containing useful information regarding how to operate appliancesnearest doctorvet. etc. Places of interest ..places to eat..details of recycling and bin collection day. Games room garagegood facilities however limited space and obstacles in the way. We did enjoy our stay and hope our comments are helpful.

Great house. Great stay. Great location. All it was missing was an actual kettle tap just didn't get hot enough and the garden could have done with a slight trim to help get around but we had an excellent time. Would recommend

We had a fantastic time spent at 1 Gloucester Way, a holiday booked as a surprise for my partners birthday. When we arrived there was milk along with a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, chocolates in the welcome pack on the side and plenty of tea and coffee in the cupboards. The house was well equipped with very modern touches and high end finishes throughout. The garden was large and very beautiful which my husky really enjoyed roaming around with plenty of room to explore. It also consisted of a large hot tub which my eldest daughter enjoyed greatly. We have been to many of these type of dog friendly holidays before and this was our favourite as everywhere was easily accessible. We enjoyed the Watermans Arms for its fantastic location on the river with its great food and drinks in Pembroke town centre. We also then enjoyed a Fathers Day lunch in the Welshmans Arms just at the bottom of the hill. Thank you for a fantastic holiday as described and for me and my family to make memories that will last a lifetime. We would love to come back sometime.

Lovely property but it does feel like it is half finished, had an issue with hottub as soon as we were there it was absolutely filthy, but the owners were great came straight out and rectified the issue brilliant service. Property is in a great location plenty of places to go. Our main issues is that we booked this property for the hot tub and GAMES ROOM as we had 3 teenagers there. Before booking we were in constant talks with sykescottages about this as they told us the pool table had not arrived but may be there by the time we came. They told us the property had full use of a games room included games and a dart board but were waiting for a pool table to arrive but couldn't guarantee that would arrive on time which was fine. When we arrived at the property and looked around there was no sign of a games room but we did see the pool table but still in a box. The main issue is we had been asured that the games room had board games and a dart board but this was none existant. Very disappointed and falsly advertised as there is no games room whatsoever. Alot of money spent and didn't get what was promised. There was no information pack to help us with how to use things or how to sort rubbish and recycling. There also was not enough towels for the amount of people we booked for even though it states towels were provided. Once this place is finished I think will be lovely but it's come up too early.

Excellent property, We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was wonderful in this well equiped property which has been decorated tastefully with homely touches very high end finish hot tub was brilliant . Marina was on hand for any questions left us lovely Tulips and The bottle of wine was enjoyed by my husband all the basics like tea and coffee and fresh milk were there on our arrival. Thankyou Marina will recomend to others hope to return ourselves.
