Beautiful property set in a peaceful semi rural area. Perfectly placed to easily reach local shops, various beaches and attractions. Property very well equipped, making it a home from home. Lovely garden with a secure area perfect for little ones or furry friends Thoughtful welcome pack from hosts, who do pop by daily to check the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful house and fantastic 8 night stay. Quiet and peaceful location but only a few minutes by car from town, stunning coast and amazing beaches The house well equipped with everything you could need lovely quality bedding and towels as well as a fantastic hot tub which was really clean and well maintained. Chloe and Simon were easily contactable and discreet when needing to visit for maintenance etc. Overall couldnt have wished for a better property for a family holiday.

A lovely holiday cottage that really feels like home! Location is nice and quiet but easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. The interior is well laid out and well decorated with character it feels spacious and cozy at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped, the hosts even provided us with snacks, squash and prosecco etc. upon arrival which was very thoughtful and generous! There was even a bean to cup coffee machine! The only criticism would be that the dining chair bench was a little wobblynarrow to sit on. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the host checked chlorine levels so we knew it was safe to use! Bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were comfortable and clean so we slept very well. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into refurbishing this property and thinking about the guests. I wish we could have stayed for longer as there is so much to do and see in Pembrokeshire and we loved our stay here. We will definitely book this place when visiting again!

Brilliant house, such a good location We were lucky with the weather, so could use the great space outside Only things to improve would be a teapot and maybe an airfryer, as so popular these days, less hassle than a grill! Otherwise loved everything, beds super comfy, showers lovely, kitchen splendid and well stocked Highly recommend

This property exceeded our expectations, it was finished to such a high standard and the owners really did think of everything, it was like a home away from home and made it such a pleasant stay. Very generous hosts indeed. We hope to return in future!

We really enjoyed our Christmas at Rudbaxton Water! This is prime location for exploring the coast or you can chill out in the hot tub outside in the amazing garden! We normally holiday in North Wales but this was worth the trip down South.

Lovely house, beautifully renovated, extremely well equipped and situated in an ideal place for exploring Pembrokeshire. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub is a definite bonus.The owners keep in contact without being intrusive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rudbaxton Water.

We all had a lovely time at Rudbaxton waters, it is a beautiful place to stay, the hot tub was very relaxing, close to places of interest to visit, would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

We are a 3 generation family of 8 and the property suited us perfectly. Chloe and Simon were the most perfect hosts. The house is in a very tranquil location but close enough to Haverford for any essentials. Relaxing in the Hot Tub was a favourite activity after a day exploring the wonderful villages and beaches in the area. Would definitely book again.

This has been one of the best properties we have stayed in. The layout was perfect for us as we took our son, his wife and 2 grandchildren and also had our youngest daughter with us. The son and his family had the downstairs rooms and us upstairs. The privacy and size of the garden was great. So much more to see and do so will be back. The well filled welcome basket was a treat as was the coffee machine

We spent a lovely 3 days at Rudbaxton waters. The house was presented extremely well, with lots of attention to detail and very quirky in places. Beds were comfortable, beautiful kitchen with everything you'd need and beyond! It all seemed very clean and it was clear to seeand smell..lots of air fresheners that a great deal of effort has been put in to all aspects of the property. The house is quiet, well screened, and located ideally for visiting beaches, castles and other PembrokeshireWest Wales attractions. Unintrusive hostsChloe was very friendly and considerate, plans to install an 8person hot tub shortly which will be great for larger groups! Overall, very difficult to fault... Plus...brilliant welcome pack and even treats for the pooch! Highly recommended!! RichKim and SteveSam. X

We have had such a lovely stay at Rudbaxton Water to celebrate a family occasion. The house is just beautiful and had everything we needed during our stay including doggy bits and a lovely welcome pack upon our arrival. Everything has been well thought out and we loved the garden and hot tub area. Simon and Chloe were very helpful and always on hand when needed. What a wonderful break we had with the family. The house has absolutely everything you will need. Chloe and simon have thought of everything! The tv in the kids bedroom, Doggie bits, and the coffee machine was a real bonus! Great location for lots of exploring. Chloe was always on hand for any questions we had. We would love to return to this house. For us it felt like home from the minute we stepped foot in the house. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A wonderfully secluded property but with easy links to different parts of Pembrokeshire using the A40. Extremely well equipped house for familygroups to gather, well thought out and provisioned. The hot tub was tested daily discreetly, by the owners, who organised the visits whilst we were out. Simon and Chloe also provided extra help eg local takeawaysrecommendationsrecycling info. Such a lovely property, the pictures don't do it justice. We had everything we needed and more, the owners were so accommodating. My friends and I had a fantastic time.

We stayed at this lovely property for Christmas. The owners are so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The property has everything you need and more. We arrived to such a clean and beautifully decorated house and the stream running be side the garden is idyllic. We would certainly return here.

This was a well thought out cottage with able space and facilities, brilliant for pets and their owners, five stars.

We loved this property, every detail had been considered for the comfort of the guests. The property was spotlessly clean with a gorgeous care package on arrival. The hot tub was maintained to a very high standard. The garden was enclosed and safe, there was enough room for my dog to run around safely. A very short drive to Haverfordwest and a short drive to the coast made it perfect. We also loved the proximity to Llys y Fran country park. Chloe and Simon were extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again

Absolutely amazing place, can't thank the owners enough, our group were from age 288 easily accomodating,, ground floor accessible. .. Perfect for travelling to any destination from all about 20 minutes away. Peacefully and exceptionally equipped.. Loved it.

The property is stunning. Every detail has been thought about to make sure every member of the family including 4 legged ones have a wonderful holiday. The location is perfect, giving easy access for visiting all of the beautiful beaches and places in all of Pembrokeshire. The hosts are really lovely and on hand to help with anything all of the time. We would happily to recommend this property to everyone!

We have a fantastic 5 days at this fab property it exceeded our high expectations and both the gallery and summary are a true reflection. I would support the previous customer review it really is a lovely property, both inside and out it has some fantastic features and is of a high spec kitchen, bathrooms, mattresses, lounge area etc. The enclosed garden and hot tub were very popular. The hosts were exceptional throughout being extremely helpful, considerate and discrete. We would highly recommend and will certainly look to visit again.

The place was very clean and we really like the decor. Our hosts Simon and Chloe were very helpful and friendly. They got in contact with us on the day and gave us instructions on how to get into the property. They also gave us recommendations via WhatsApp. The property was even dog friendly gates around in the garden to fence the dog within the property, not a lot of properties we have been to have done this. The hosts also left us some dog treats and our dog really appreciated this. On arrival, there were some goodies waiting for us, things like beer and crisps and some chocolates, milk, butter, and crumpets. The property has plenty of other things included our favorite was a sage coffee machine with beans already in the grinder and of course the readytouse hot tub. They also had plenty of board games to play. It was great to have suites in three of the rooms and the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Towels were also available. I would 100 recommend it to a large family or friends visiting. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries like shampoo, soap, and toothpaste as it was not available but apart from that the stay was very comfortable.

Rudbaxton Water is a lovely property and the owners were very welcoming and helpful and responded promptly and positively before and during our stay. We certainly felt the 'wow' factor when we arrived at the house, which is very aesthetically pleasing, has an attractive decor and rooms that are light and airy. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy and the furnishings are homely and comfortable and there are a number of well thought out stairsafety gates. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors and this was perfect for our large family group made up of 4 adults, 5 children 2 17 yrs old and two dogs. The kitchen and utility area are very well equipped with modern quality appliances and we felt the coffee maker was a real bonus! It was wonderful to relax on the patio and spend time in the hot tub even on cloudy days and it was reassuring to see it being maintained on a daily basis by the hosts themselves. The regular cleaning visits were always conveniently timed to suit us and were not at all intrusive. The garden and its surroundings are very pleasant and peaceful and it was lovely to observe lots of different little birds going back and forth from the feeders carefully dotted around. As the property is not set too close to neighbours it was also comforting that the children were able to let off steam without causing too much disturbance to others! We feel that Rudbaxton Water is well positioned to visit beautiful beaches, castles and nearby towns. We especially enjoyed a visit to Narberth which has many interesting shops and a number of different eating places. Thank you Chloe and Simon for all the thoughtful extras you provided even for our furry friends the doggy blankets, bowls and treats etc were all very much appreciated and so were all the home staples made available which went a long way to enhance our stay.
