Ten minutes walk from the cottage, set in the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of the upper reaches of the Cleddau river is Carew Castle & Tidal Mill which is run by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and well worth a visit, as is the nearby Celtic cross. Both sites are in one of the most picturesque settings in the county. Award winning Barafundle Bay, Broad Haven South, Saundersfoot, Manorbier beaches and the three Blue Flag beaches in Tenby, are all within easy driving distance. Local facilities include a pub, the Carew Inn, which serves good food and is just half a mile away. Adjacent to Milton Brewery and pub there is a general store. This cottage is ideally situated to explore the stunning Pembrokeshire coast and countryside.
