2nd time we’ve stopped at Incline Villa. Great house and location. Would highly recommend for a family group in a cracking spot.

We had a lovely weekend here but there are a few things that can be improved on. Location cannot be faulted. A 10 minute stroll into town, nice and quiet location and not overlooked at all. Garden was super dog friendly.The beds were comfy and overall the space in the house worked really well. However the hot tub was effort!! It was empty when we arrived and takes a LOT of wood to get it to temperature. You then need to keep on top of that to maintain any temperature. It may be helpful if the fire was at least started for a guests arrival. We also needed to buy more wood so expect that.The other negative was the kitchen. Great space and glassware wise great. The thing that lets it down is the cooking equipment and just general miss match of stuff. Feel like the cupboards need a good sort and clean. But overall we would recommend the house and will return at some point.
