With patio area to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Saundersfoot beach, harbour and coastline. GROUND FLOOR Entrance: Hall Lounge/Diner: Open plan living accommodation, Smart TV, Freeview, Bluetooth speaker, patio doors, dining table, chairs, and sea views. Kitchen: Electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine. Bedroom 1: King sized bed, patio doors onto sun terrace. Bedroom 2: Twin. Bedroom 3: Single, sea views. Bathroom: Shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. OTHER INFORMATION Pets: Two well behaved dogs allowed. Parking: There is allocated parking for 2 cars. (One space allocated at the side only suitable for one small car). Garden/Patio: Patio doors open to your own part of the sun terrace with patio furniture and stunning views. Strandways Court has direct access to the beach. Heating: Heating, electric included. Short Breaks: Short breaks accepted but not in peak times. Notes: Mobile phone signal strong for most providers.
